How to claim your Reward

1. Complete the application form below and click 'submit'.

2. After submission, you will be directed to a 'Confirmation' page displaying a reference code for your Car Wash Voucher application (keep this for future reference). A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided, please be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive it.

3. Once your application is verified, we will send your unique Car Wash voucher code, along with How to Use instructions, to the provided email address within 10 working days. If we are unable to verify your application, we will contact you via email within 5 working days to inform you or request any additional information needed.
